The context

As part of Better Work's mission to improve working conditions in the garment industry, the organization has been impulsing programs to train factory supervisors since 2005. Supervisors are not only very demanded but also specially relevant as they are directly responsible for overseeing workers' performance and overall functioning. In the factory environment, the communication between supervisors,  workers and collaborators from different countries and backgrounds faces many challenges. To overcome these challenges, the Supervisory Skills Training initiative has been offering supervisors the opportunity to practice and acquire skills to manage effective communications and interactions with workers and relevant stakeholders. To share the transformative results that the training has had in the factories and encourage companies to enroll more supervisors, Better Work asked Relief Applications to create a website that could showcase the positive outcomes of the initiative in an appealing and interactive way.
