Refugees are regularly not included in terms of continuity of education options during the COVID-19 pandemic. Innovative responses are needed to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects on education with a specific focus on refugees. In this difficult context, distance learning is becoming more and more relevant. But conduct it and measure its impact finds also more obstacles that in traditional classes. War Child wanted to develop, test and pilot a new tool for measuring learning outcomes of distance learning interventions in a supervised environment. As a result we developed for the organization two linked web-apps. One, to allow children to complete assessments in a gamified environement. The other, a platform for supervisors to manage children and visualize the outcomes of the assessments.
