The context

Partners in Health is a global health organization that brings quality health care to the most vulnerable around the world. PIH works in close partnership with local government officials and the world’s leading medical and academic institutions to build capacity and strengthen health systems. The organization uses OpenBoxes, an open- source supply chain management system used to manage supplies and medications for healthcare facilities and disaster relief efforts.But PIH considered that, while powerful, the tool could adapt better to their needs and provide a better visualization of the resources they have ready to deploy.
